With over two decades of experience, Zaksenberg has managed large multi disciplinary staff and consultant groups for public and private sectors. Zaksenberg applies innovative approaches to his projects, crossing traditional boundaries, working in team settings, and collaborating with many professionals from a broad range of disciplines. 2007–2009 Chief Engineer/Chief Architect
Primavera Group, a privately owned real estate development company involved in seven different development and construction projects in Romania. Total built area: 300,000 SQM.
This position required leadership in design planning from concept stages through shop plan supervision, and implementation of modifications in residential units and office areas, including adaptations for clients and sales purposes. Project design involved developing architectural and engineering solutions for each site’s conditions. Design management included communication with all relevant planning authorities at local and regional government agencies as well as planning coordination of all company consultants and planners including architects, civil engineers and construction planners.
1994-2007 Ramla City Engineer – City Planner
Responsible for planning, developing, and promoting city building plans for approval of the National Planning Council, the National Infrastructure Committee, the District Planning Committee, National Planning Authorities, the Ministry of Transportation, the Israel Land Administration, the Housing Ministry, and the Port & Train Authority.
Headed teams of employees working on City Building Plans, building permits, public construction, and construction supervision.
Headed development of 2,000,000 sqm employment and commercial areas covering 4,200 dunams and planning of over 13,000 new residential units in the city.
Established Sister City collaboration with Tucson Arizona, USA.
1993-1991 Kfar Saba City Architect
Architectural consultant to the Kfar-Saba Municipality, on city planning and architectural issues. Responsible for all planning issues which involved public, residedential, industrial and park zones.
